What You’ll Do

Design and develop cutting-edge hydraulic tensioners.

Run simulations, testing, and validation for top performance.

Act as the technical lead with customers—present, support, and consult.

Manage multiple engineering projects with precision.

Provide expert troubleshooting, technical support, and field service.

Collaborate across sales, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

7 years of experience in hydraulic tensioner design/applications.

Strong background with hydraulic simulation & design software.

Proven project management and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication with both teams and customers.
Nice to Have:

Experience supporting sales/engineering crossover.

Certifications or advanced training in hydraulics or related areas.
