Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer with a strong background in lean manufacturing and excellent analytical abilities to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality in our manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in training teams in lean principles and safety practices, and will possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
This role requires a collaborative and people-oriented professional who can foster teamwork and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for managing inventory and production, cost control, lean manufacturing initiatives, ISO and quality systems, environmental health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving operational efficiency, cost savings, and high-quality output through lean manufacturing and process optimization.
- Leading and training employees in lean practices and workplace safety.
- Managing and monitoring inventory, production schedules, and cost management.
- Ensuring adherence to ISO standards, quality systems, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
