CNC Operator (1st Shift)
Pay Range: $19–24/hour
Responsibilities

Operate CNC mills, lathes, or routers to produce high-precision plastic parts according to specifications.

Load raw materials and set up basic tooling under the guidance of lead machinists.

Monitor production runs and make minor adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Perform in-process quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools.

Maintain accurate production records and follow work instructions carefully.

Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Collaborate with setup machinists, engineers, and quality inspectors to ensure jobs run smoothly.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Technical or trade school training preferred.

1–2 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.

Comfortable using measurement instruments with precision.

Basic understanding of CNC programs and G-code (will train the right candidate).
