Job Title: Industrial Electrician Lead
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour (based on experience)

Job Descrireption: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician Lead to oversee electrical operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will leverage strong PLC knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance. You will lead a team, utilizing excellent people skills to manage electrical installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance, while fostering a collaborative environment. Bilingual skills are a plus. Proficiency in computer applications is required to support documentation and system updates.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems and electrical troubleshooting
- Expertise with 1-3 phase motors and low/high voltage systems up to 480V
- Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance
- 2 years supervisor experience
- Computer proficiency
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Work Environment:
- Required to wear issued uniform properly
- Loud environment with heavy machinery
- Indoor facility without air-conditioning or heating
- Some outside repairs on sand conveyor systems
- Up to 4 hours of overtime per day may be required
- May work 6-7 days a week
- May work different shifts (day-night)
- Can be placed on call
- Dirty conditions with cement and sand dust in the air
- Uncomfortable working situations
Safety:
- Must wear helmet, safety goggles, and steel-toed shoes at all times
- Wear ear plugs, back brace, and gloves when necessary
- Know all safety procedures for each machine, tool, and chemical used
- Attend all safety training (including monthly meetings)
- Address safety issues at workstation immediately to supervisor
- Have full knowledge of safety lockout procedures
- Report accidents and injuries within 24 hours to management
- Follow all safety requirements and training at all times
- Follow lockout procedures for any cleaning or work on machinery
