Nesco is seeking a Document Review Specialist to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for processing documents related to service reductions, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with the Arizona Department of Economic Security/Division of Developmental Disabilities (DES/DDD). This position requires critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to determine if documentation supports adverse benefit changes.
What You’ll Do

Act as the primary point of contact for document processing related to service reductions.

Review and analyze documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.

Coordinate and communicate process activities with DES/DDD.

Research, interpret, and apply Federal and State laws, statutes, rules, and policies.

Write clear, concise, and well-supported documentation.

Analyze and evaluate programmatic information to support decision-making.

Problem-solve and provide recommendations based on findings.

Work independently following standard operating procedures (training provided).

Perform duties in both remote and office settings as needed.
What You Bring

Experience reviewing and analyzing documents and information.

Background in managed healthcare or case management (preferred).
