Title: Fulfillment Associate (Order Puller)
Location: Brunswick, OH
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM–2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17/hour
About the Role
We're looking for Fulfillment Associates (Order Pullers) to join our clients team in Brunswick! This role is all about keeping things moving—pulling, packing, and shipping customer orders while making sure everything is accurate and on time. You'll work with a variety of products, from printed materials and merchandise to shelf-stable, frozen, and refrigerated food items.

What You'll Be Doing
- Picking and packing customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Repackaging and assembling products as needed.
- Using warehouse systems and scanners to track inventory and shipments.
- Helping out with shipping, receiving, quality checks, and other warehouse tasks.
- Jumping in to support team leads and training new teammates when needed.
- Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable using warehouse systems, MS Office, and basic math.
- Strong attention to detail—you take pride in accuracy.
- Organized, dependable, and able to keep up in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible to work overtime if needed.
- Safety-first mindset.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Fulfillment experience in E-commerce or Retail.
- Knowledge of quality control practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
