Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance activities as outlined in the Maintenance Program.
- Ensure timely delivery of equipment to meet operational demands.
- Support initiatives to enhance maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability.
- Work under the direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician to perform higher-level maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance-related data.
- Comply with company and division-specific TLM standards.
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
