Well-established and respected corporation in the Mayfield Heights is looking for an Executive Assistant. Due to an upcoming retirement, our client is looking for an experienced administrative professional to support the companies Executive team including the President, CFO, CIO, and VP of Operations. In addition, this individual would be responsible for maintaining strong client communication and office management. A typical day as an Executive Assistant may include:

  • Maintaining Presidents schedule and travel arrangements
  • Client correspondence, preparing reports upon request, drafting emails/outreach
  • Documentation management, assisting with compiling financial reports and collating
  • Office management including ordering office supplies, arranging meeting rooms and client visits
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Maintaining strong client relationships which could include – addressing any issues related to their office, working with maintenance and resolving issues, coordinating with contractors on any ongoing office construction projects, lease agreements, etc

A candidate profile should include:
  • Associate or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field; experience will be considered in place of Degree
  • 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate/office setting
  • MS Office experience; expertise in drafting client communication and presentations
  • Customer service and management experience
  • Excellent organizational and communicative skills
