Project Coordinator – Building Materials Manufacturer
Location: Southwest Omaha
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Overtime: As needed, occasional Saturday mornings

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to serve as the critical link between our team and customers during the lifecycle of their orders. From scheduling to final completion, you'll manage key details, provide timely updates, and ensure a smooth, professional experience that builds long-term relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a natural knack for keeping things organized and moving forward.
What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of their project.

Coordinate and schedule project milestones including deliveries, installations, and final walkthroughs using internal systems.

Manage multiple proprietary software systems to track progress, update project information, and keep customers informed.

Monitor completion and recovery reports to ensure follow-ups are timely and proactive.

Provide customers with accurate, detailed information to help them prepare for scheduled appointments.

Quickly and professionally address scheduling conflicts, product delays, or other project changes.

Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to resolve project-related issues and keep things moving forward.

Support quoting and project setup tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism, communication, and follow-through on every project.
What You Bring

High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.

Experience in customer service, project coordination, or general business operations preferred.

Knowledge of construction processes, building materials, or window/door components is helpful—but not required.

Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; willing to learn internal software systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you know how to keep conversations clear, professional, and helpful.
