Production Operator
Pay: $15/hr
Shift:1st, 4am - 12:30pm. Mon - Fri
Requirements:Attention to Detail, Experience in Lab.

SUMMARY:
- Operates and maintains waste treatment system
- Follow process work instructions
- Performs manual chemical batch treatment
- Calibrates pH Monitoring probes and maintains records
- Records and maintains water usage record keeping
- Initiates water sampling
- Orders all of wet process safety supplies
- Schedules lab testing of samples
- Schedule recycle services
- Manages hazardous materials
- Direct involvement with regulatory agencies
- Knowledge- General knowledge of water treatment practices and quality system requirements
- Direction- Works under general direction
- Complexity- Solves problems of average complexity within own department
- Scope- Errors in judgment would have a moderate impact on department
- Ability to read English
- Basic PC literacy
- Ability to use a calculator to confirm percentages
- Prior experience necessary or on the job training required.
- Required to lift 50Ibs frequently
- Standing for long periods of time
- Frequent walking up and down scaffolding or stairways.
- Stop production if water discharge is out of the required control parameters
- Initiate corrective action
- Initiate continuous improvement
