Network Engineer – Enterprise Infrastructure Lead

What You'll Do

Own the network – Design, deploy, and manage LAN/WAN/SAN infrastructures, ensuring seamless connectivity across corporate and remote sites.

Secure what matters – Implement and maintain advanced network security protocols (including PCI standards) to safeguard data, systems, and infrastructure.

Keep us connected – Configure and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to guarantee high availability and performance.

Be the problem-solver – Lead incident response and troubleshooting efforts, quickly resolving issues to minimize downtime on critical systems.

Lead big projects – Act as the technical lead for major initiatives like new store rollouts, network upgrades, and enterprise deployments.

Stay ahead of the curve – Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and security.

Document and guide – Maintain detailed documentation of architectures, configurations, and procedures to keep teams aligned and informed.
What You'll Bring
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

5 years of experience in enterprise network engineering or administration.

CCNA required; CCNP preferred.

Advanced knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, VLANs.

Hands-on expertise with Sonicwall firewalls, routing, switching, and wireless networking.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams.
Bonus Points For

Experience with Cisco and Ubiquiti networking products, UniFi Controller, and wireless management.

Familiarity with SAN/backup design, F5 load balancers, and PCI security standards.

Knowledge of large-scale retail IT environments and multi-site infrastructure.
