Shifts-
1st 7:00 am- 3:30 pm
2nd 3:00 pm- 11:30 pm
What You'll Do:

Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products with precision and pride.

Work confidently with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment in a safe, supportive environment.

Inspect your work as you go because quality starts with you.

Speak up about material shortages, defects, or issues so production never misses a beat.

Keep production and quality documentation up-to-date and accurate.

Take ownership of your workspace: clean, organized, and safe.

Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment your safety matters here.

Share your ideas to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals and keep our customers smiling.
What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but we'll provide hands-on training for motivated individuals.

Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and basic engineering drawings.

Mechanical aptitude and confidence using tools and equipment.

Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and doing the job right the first time.

Solid communication skills and a true team-player mindset.

Reliability consistent attendance and punctuality are a must.
