Job Title - Store Manager - High end meats
Location - Culver City, CA
Salary $70,000 to $88,000
Must be flexible with work hours as Store is open M-Sa 9am - 8pm
Sunday 9am-6pm
will be required to take an Excel test
Bi-lingual Spanis is a plus
Will be required to obtain a Food Handlers License - company will pay
| POSITION SUMMARY |
| Supervise and manage the operation and inventory control, customer service and satisfaction at the point of sale, and achieve sales goals established. |
| Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. |
| Drive sales and marketing efforts through promotional strategies, sales goal tracking, and sales data analysis to boost revenue. |
| Oversee store operations, including compliance with health and safety regulations, inventory management, and daily order processing in SAP. |
| Manage financial tasks such as monitoring budgets, handling payments and invoices, consolidating transactions, and preparing performance reports. |
| Track and address inventory issues, including slow-moving and backlogged products, and ensure accurate adjustments in SAP and Shopify. |
| Other duties as assigned |
Minimum Requirements
- College degrees in Business, Management, Retail Management, and experience in managing stores, or four (4) years' equivalent work-related experience
- Excel experience
- Cash handling experience
- Microsoft Office, Outlook
- SAP or Shopify
- Ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options then implement solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values
- Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge and understanding of business issues, priorities, goals, and strategy
- Usual office and/or plant environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and/or balancing.
- Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office and/or plant machinery/equipment.
- Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
Noise levels in the work environment range from normal office/plant levels to loud levels due to equipment and/or machinery use
