Manufacturing Associate – Medical Devices
Join a team that’s improving lives every day. As part of our production team, you’ll help build and test life-saving medical devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators. You don’t need prior medical device experience — we’ll provide the training you need. What matters most is your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality.
What You’ll Do

Assemble, repair, and test small, high-quality medical device components.

Follow established procedures to ensure every product meets strict safety and quality standards.

Keep accurate records to ensure products are fully traceable.

Work closely with your supervisor and teammates to continuously improve processes.

Communicate ideas and raise concerns so we can solve problems together.

Support company initiatives around quality, safety, and environmental standards.
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma (or equivalent).

Ability to read and follow written instructions and verbal directions.

Comfortable using basic computer systems and data entry tools.

Steady hands and attention to detail when handling small components.

This role requires working in a cleanroom environment with strict safety and dress code standards (e.g., no jewelry, nail polish, loose clothing, or makeup; company-provided gowning required). Full details will be shared during the interview process.
