Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Type: Part-time / Temp (Contract via NESCO, expected through mid-next year)
Location: Rochester, NY
Summary: NESCO Resource is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Administrator to support warehouse operations. In this contract role, you will maintain accurate inventory records, process shipping documentation, and ensure data integrity within SAP. This is a great opportunity for individuals with warehouse or logistics experience to gain hands-on exposure to inventory management and administrative operations.
Shift:
- Monday - Friday
- Estimated, 4 - 6 Hours Per Day (Subject To Change)
- $22.00/Hour
- Maintain and update inventory records in SAP with high accuracy.
- Process and track incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure physical inventory matches SAP records.
- Generate regular inventory and stock reports using SAP.
- Create and manage goods movement transactions (e.g., GR, GI, transfer postings) in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and reporting.
- Assist in continuous improvement of warehouse processes and systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (Required).
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- SAP Certification or formal SAP training.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain/logistics principles.
- Office environment within a warehouse setting.
- May require occasional physical presence in the warehouse for inventory checks.
- Standard business hours, with flexibility during peak periods.
