Facility Administrator
Position Summary
The Facility Administrator supports daily operations at the Warrensville Technical Center by managing visitor and telephone assistance, administrative tasks, facility maintenance requests, and security coordination. This role is diverse and requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Provide front-line support for visitors, employees, and business units, including orientation for new hires and coordination of appointments/meetings.

Serve as primary contact for site communications such as blood drives, flu shots, wellness checks, charity events, and lost-and-found notices.

Coordinate visitor entry with security, including ID card issuance, temporary card tracking, and daily visitor log reporting.

Generate security reports, manage visitor logs during evacuations, and support security team requests.

Input and maintain data in the site's computerized maintenance management system.

Assist with special events and maintain professional "Welcome” signage for visitors.
Qualifications

High school diploma required.

Valid driver's license; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably providing executive-level support.

Strong multitasking ability with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Oracle, Discoverer Reporting, and Concur preferred.
