Field Service Manager – Steam Turbines

We're seeking a Field Service Manager to lead our steam turbine maintenance and repair operations. In this role, you'll oversee field service advisors, turbine mechanics, and contractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll also serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and train field service teams
- Plan, coordinate, and execute overhaul projects
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and resource allocation
- Act as the key client contact for field service operations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Experience in steam turbine maintenance/repairs and field service leadership
- Strong technical knowledge of turbine systems
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
