Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional projects within a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to initiate, manage, and monitor key initiatives. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating schedules, tracking project progress, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support major projects, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.

Schedule and track project activities, meetings, and deliverables across multiple teams.

Manage communications with both internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners.

Place orders for supplies and services needed to support project activities.

Monitor and track project progress, reporting status updates, risks, and results.

Maintain accurate documentation, records, and databases to support ongoing project management.

Collaborate with product development and project management teams to align priorities and deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, communication, and reporting.

Experience with Oracle systems for data management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse internal and external partners.

Knowledge of project management software, tools, and processes.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

1–3 years of project coordination, project support, or related experience preferred.
