Rehabilitation Services Administration;
Duties and responsibilities include, but
are not limited to: answering and
directing phone calls; assisting with the
planning and coordination of meetings,
maintaining office equipment,
scanning, filing, ordering supplies and
materials, and maintaining internal and
external customer relations. The
position requires strong interpersonal
and communication skills; excellent
computer skills; the ability to work well
with all levels of internal management
and staff, vendors, and other outside
agencies. Sensitivity to confidential
matters may be required.

Administrative experience at a
professional level in areas such as
supervision, planning, support, and
office administration. High school
diploma or equivalent.
This candidate selected may have the ability to transition to an FTE at the end of the contract.
