Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a transformation initiative with a focus on renewal, billing, and operational workstreams. This individual will play a key role in helping define and document business requirements, bridge communication between business and technical teams, and ensure smooth progress through an evolving project landscape. The assignment is expected to last a minimum of two months, with the possibility of monthly extensions.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to capture and translate requirements into actionable solutions.

Contribute to operations-related workflows, with emphasis on billing and renewal processes.

Support business requirement definition, documentation, and validation for system and process changes.

Adapt quickly to new subject matter areas, ensuring effective analysis in unfamiliar or evolving contexts.

Facilitate discussions and workshops to align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes.

Provide structured organization, documentation, and tracking to keep workstreams on schedule.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working in Azure
- Experience in SQL and Writing SQL Queries
- Knowledge of Tableau and Process Flows
- Proficient in project management software
