Position Purpose

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator Assistant to support the Operations team. This role will handle administrative and scheduling tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, requiring strong organization, accuracy, and proficiency in Excel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing employee time-off requests and ensure documentation is complete.

  • Enter schedule updates into the system under the direction of the Scheduling Coordinator.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee hours, absences, and schedule changes.

  • Help prepare and distribute schedules, ensuring timely communication to employees.

  • Post available overtime opportunities as directed and track employee responses.

  • Monitor and update scheduling boards and digital tools as needed.

  • Provide administrative support during scheduling conflict resolution.

  • Generate basic reports and summaries for the Scheduling Coordinator.

  • Communicate scheduling changes to team members promptly and accurately.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and methodical in task execution.

  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred.

  • Ability to work alternating weekends and flexible hours in a 2-3-2 schedule.
