Marketing & Communications Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Project Manager to lead integrated campaigns across our Corporate, Motorsports, Defense, and Mobility business units. This newly created role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who excels at storytelling, campaign execution, and project management. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to craft compelling narratives, create high-quality content, and deliver measurable impact through marketing and communication strategies.
This is a high-visibility position requiring a creative, self-directed professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can transform complex technical input into clear, engaging messaging.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and brand standards.

Translate technical content into clear, impactful messaging for diverse audiences.

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across digital, print, video, social, and event channels.

Manage internal teams and external agencies, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and deadlines.

Create and oversee visual content (photography, videography, editing, and design).

Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms.

Track campaign performance through KPIs, analyze results, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Support tradeshow marketing initiatives and executive communications.
Qualifications:

5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management (agency or technical industry preferred).

Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Suite.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Passion for motorsports, automotive, or defense industries strongly preferred.
