Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to collect and assess project requirements.
- Design adaptable and efficient automation solutions that align with business objectives.
- Build and manage the rollout of system integrations, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange between platforms.
- Pinpoint inefficiencies or bottlenecks in workflows and recommend optimized approaches.
- Develop tailored automation workflows aimed at reducing manual tasks and improving overall productivity.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and quality checks to confirm automation processes perform as intended.
- Write, debug, and maintain Bash, Batch, and PowerShell scripts to meet project-specific automation needs.
- Connect automation solutions with third-party applications, APIs, and cloud services to streamline synchronization and process execution.
- Investigate and resolve post-deployment issues to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.
- Oversee deployment of custom configurations across large-scale user groups or multiple environments to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Networking & System Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools such as Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, and NetFlow.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and fix network challenges including performance slowdowns, hardware malfunctions, and misconfigurations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Industry-recognized certifications are preferred, such as CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent.
