Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to collect and assess project requirements.
  • Design adaptable and efficient automation solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Build and manage the rollout of system integrations, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange between platforms.
  • Pinpoint inefficiencies or bottlenecks in workflows and recommend optimized approaches.
  • Develop tailored automation workflows aimed at reducing manual tasks and improving overall productivity.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and quality checks to confirm automation processes perform as intended.
  • Write, debug, and maintain Bash, Batch, and PowerShell scripts to meet project-specific automation needs.
  • Connect automation solutions with third-party applications, APIs, and cloud services to streamline synchronization and process execution.
  • Investigate and resolve post-deployment issues to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.
  • Oversee deployment of custom configurations across large-scale user groups or multiple environments to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Networking & System Administration

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools such as Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, and NetFlow.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and fix network challenges including performance slowdowns, hardware malfunctions, and misconfigurations.
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Industry-recognized certifications are preferred, such as CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent.
