Responsibilities:
- Direct and continuously enhance operational functions, including production planning, systems integration, quality management, logistics, and final testing.
- Develop scalable processes and systems to sustain a fast-paced, complex, and high-mix production environment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, HR, Program Management, and Customer Success to ensure streamlined execution across the organization.
- Deliver operational performance reports and strategic insights to senior leadership, supporting effective business planning and execution.
- Manage division budgets, oversee P&L responsibilities, and lead workforce planning initiatives.
- Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing operations leadership team that fosters accountability and operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and prepare the organization for external audits and quality certifications.
- Champion continuous improvement by implementing lean manufacturing practices and data-driven optimization strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; preference for Engineering, Operations, or Business Management fields.
- 12 years of experience in operations leadership for Director-level roles, or 8 years for Sr. Director-level.
- Demonstrated ability to guide large, multidisciplinary teams while achieving measurable operational success.
- Strong expertise in production systems, quality processes, and supply chain operations.
- Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and a proven track record of making data-informed decisions.
- Thrives in high-growth, rapidly evolving business environments.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in server assembly, systems integration, or technology-driven fulfillment operations.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite and workforce management systems such as ADP.
- Experience working in ISO-certified environments and managing compliance audits.
- Prior exposure to equity-backed companies (public or private) undergoing significant growth or transformation.
