Position highlights:
One contractor- will work with packing. Moving parts, screwing lid, packing boxes, work with red crane to place items in crate.
Other two contractors - work with remnants. Test rings are cut out of all parts. Will be working to clean up all remnants from the last 6 years under supervision. Will be moving crates with forklift.
Work Schedule: Day shift - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Job Description:
* Responsible for moving and placing parts and materials ready for processing and storage
* Removes and weighting chips
* Loads and unloading trucks
* Set up parts in designated areas to prepare for processing
* Identifies and ensures that the correct parts are placed in the designated order
* Assists machine operators with general duties as requested to support the smooth operation of the machines
* Reports any problems observed to supervisor whether they are related to storage and placing of parts or machine malfunctions, etc
* Produces daily production reports as directed by supervisor
* Must have understanding and knowledge of company procedures and work instructions
* Maintains a safe and organized workstation and follows all company policy, safety and procedures.
Skill/Knowledge:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Ability to operate a forklift and man lift to approved O.S.H.A. standards
