Job Description
* Provide day-to-day responsibilities around HR processes such as metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management
* Liaise with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processes
* Improve HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
* Work with leadership to make relevant modifications to new or existing policies and procedures via creation, documentation, & maintenance of standard policies
* Partner with HR and functional manager to enhance an environment in which employees are actively engaged in helping to improve the business
* Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
* Actively engage as a change agent in support of business priorities to build high performing, effective teams
* Assist Global Mobility initiatives for Corporate population
Skill/Knowledge:
* Bachelors' degree from an accredited institution
