Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of sanitation requirements in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to accurately mix chemicals used in cleaning solutions.
Strong attention to detail.
Forklift driving experience is preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Duties:
Adhere and perform all housekeeping and sanitation assignments guidelines and procedures as required, including safe operation of equipment.
Use self-propelled floor scrubbers, floor buffers and/or chemical buffers to meet sanitation requirements.
Clean and sanitize areas where raw ingredients are stored for manufacturing and trailer dock door areas.
May require minimal forklift driving.
