Injection Molding Technician - 2nd or 3rd Shift

You'll play a pivotal role in minimizing downtime, boosting productivity, and supporting a renowned Production System. Get ready to implement cutting-edge injection molding processes, procedures, and techniques to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.

What You'll Do:

• Master the setup and processing of injection machines.
• Manage mold changes using the kanban system, set dies for required runs, and troubleshoot machine and mold issues.
• Operate injection mold machines, mold changing equipment, and an overhead crane.
• Troubleshoot all molding equipment and ensure seamless operations.
• Be the go-to person for mold and color changes.
• Support exciting Kaizen and other improvement activities.
• Embrace other duties as they come your way!

Your Experience:

• Two years of hands-on injection mold experience with machines and robots.
• Solid manufacturing experience and a knack for problem-solving.

Skills You Bring:

• A self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment.
• Willingness to embrace mandatory overtime when needed.

Language and Tech Savvy:

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Physical Demands:
