Job Title: Warehouse Associate II
Department: Picking, Shipping, Receiving
Shift: Friday – Monday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support daily distribution center operations. This role involves handling, storing, and shipping products while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Perform warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, storing, and shipping.

Transport, stage, and store products safely.

Operate forklifts and other powered equipment.

Pull, prep, and complete shipping orders using RF scanners and paperwork.

Build and label shipping boxes, including international shipments when needed.

Perform inventory counts, scan merchandise, and complete data entry.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse.

Inspect and maintain equipment; report issues promptly.

Participate in cross-training to support overall team productivity.
Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Comfortable operating powered equipment (forklift, pallet jack, stock picker).

Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Basic computer and scanning skills; ability to follow written instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
