Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Administrative Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and vendors, while also helping with basic office tasks like data entry, time tracking, and organizing invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers and vendors in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Enter data into company systems accurately.
- Track employee time and overtime hours.
- Match invoices with packing slips and keep records organized.
- Assist with other office tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar programs).
- Dependable and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Full-time, Monday – Friday
Work Environment:
Office setting with daily interaction with employees, customers, and vendors.
