The Role
We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in operating CNC press brakes, interpreting technical drawings, and producing precise, high-quality formed steel components. You'll be an essential part of our production team, contributing to projects where accuracy, compliance, and reliability are critical.
Responsibilities

Operate CNC press brakes to bend, form, and shape steel components according to drawings and specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and setup sheets.

Select, install, and adjust proper tooling for production runs.

Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools to ensure parts meet specifications.

Maintain equipment, tooling, and work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AWS D1.1 standards.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication processes.
Qualifications

2 years of experience operating CNC press brakes (Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, or similar).

Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.

Knowledge of steel grades, tolerances, and forming techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Commitment to safety, quality, and precision.

Fabrication background a plus, but not required.
