The SEC Reporting Analyst Sr will report directly to the Vice President, Finance and Principal Accounting Officer. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the Financial Reporting Department to ensure compliance with SEC rules and U.S. GAAP for the company's periodic public filings.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and support SEC filings, including:

Quarterly Reports (Form 10-Q)

Annual Reports (Form 10-K)

Current Reports (Form 8-K)

Proxy Statements

Assist in drafting Earnings Releases, conference call scripts, and supporting analysis.

Manage instance documents and review processes for XBRL filings.

Update and populate disclosures for review in pro forma drafts.

Coordinate with finance teams across geographies and operating segments to obtain necessary financial information for disclosures.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

CPA designation required.

Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is a plus.

3 years of financial reporting experience.

Recent Big 4 public accounting experience preferred, particularly with publicly traded or large corporate companies.
