Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: up to $35.00/Hour (Based on Experience)

Brief job summary
As the electrical maintenance technician you will be asked to have strong industrial electrical troubleshooting and electrician skill sets, and mechanical aptitude. Have a background that includes machinery troubleshooting, electrical schematics and blueprint reading, NEC understanding, basic understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics. You will perform routine and extensive range of work in the repair and installation. Execute work within established procedures and process under both verbal and written instructions. We also ask you to be hands-on and willing to pitch in.
Job duties
- Experience with 480 vac 3-phase and lower voltages.
- Reworking and installation of electrical wiring for equipment, per NEC guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and replace faulty electrical components such as relays, fuses, power supplies, switches, motors and position sensing devices, machinery controls, etc.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance and ensures that machines continue to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently. Diagnosing and maintaining mechanical systems, equipment and electrical controls is essential.
- Repairs on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Troubleshoot PLC and drive control issues.
Requirements
- Electrical & mechanical background
- Minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to read PLC programs
- Basic welding
- Identify and record problems relating to the product, process and quality system
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channel. Must be diligent, flexible detailed oriented, and willing to learn all facets of our machinery.
- High School or GED
- Trade School or associate degree, or relevant electrical experience
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening
