Overview
The Project Manager – HR supports the Global Diversity & Inclusion Center of Excellence (GD&I COE) by facilitating the administration of strategies for the centralized Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) funding model and the GD&I COE budget. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders, finance and procurement experts, and external vendors to ensure effective coordination, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and track spending through monthly expense reconciliation.

  • Support the implementation of the centralized EBRG funding model, including virtual card requests and expense reconciliation (receipt collection, tracking, and submission).

  • Coordinate communications via email and presentations at periodic team meetings.

  • Oversee end-to-end procurement and financial processes:

    • Create and manage purchase orders and change orders.

    • Initiate check requests, review and approve invoices.

    • Manage vendor onboarding and updates in the system.

    • Close purchase orders as needed.

  • Serve as a primary contact for procurement-related questions from GD&I COE team members, EBRG leaders, and suppliers.

  • Conduct detail-oriented reviews of financial and operational data.

  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma required; additional education preferred.

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a program administrator or project manager.

    • Strong understanding of procurement and financial processes.

    • Demonstrated success in program coordination and project management.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong analytical ability to review, interpret, and reconcile data.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Tools (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

    • Experience with Ariba purchase orders and SAP COMET highly preferred.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive.

    • Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.

    • Agile learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, changing environment.
