We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with proven SAP experience. This role supports warehouse operations, dispatching, transportation, and logistics activities. SAP knowledge is mandatory, as the system is complex and requires prior hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders, scheduling, and dispatching using SAP
- Support logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations through accurate system entries
- Provide timely and professional communication with internal teams and external customers
- Assist with problem-solving and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within SAP
- Prior experience working with SAP (non-negotiable)
- Background in warehouse, transportation, dispatching, or logistics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay patient and professional under pressure; thick skin required
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends (currently averaging 50–55 hours per week)
