Key Responsibilities

Operate cylinder/co-packing systems for organic tampon production.

Handle materials: load nonwoven substrate, applicators, and packaging into systems with proper alignment.

Adjust machine parameters (pressure, timing, speed) for optimal output.

Inspect units for consistency, weight, sealing, absorbency, and sanitary compliance.

Perform maintenance routines: cleaning, replacing rollers/seals, fixing jams.
-
Keep accurate records of production rates, downtime, and quality data.

Follow hygiene and contamination-control protocols required for FDA-regulated products.

Coordinate with nonwoven, carding, and logistics teams to maintain production flow.
Qualifications
-
Prior packaging/machine operation experience in hygiene or nonwoven industries preferred (tampons, pads, spunlace, etc.).

Familiarity with co-packing or tampon-specific machinery a plus.

Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
-
Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and product quality.

Ability to lift, stand, and maintain pace in production.

Team player with strong communication and safety awareness.
Work Environment

Industrial facility producing feminine hygiene products.

Exposure to fiber dust, machinery noise, and high-volume production (PPE required).
