Full-Time | Office-Based | Flexible Start Time Between 7:30–8:00AM
A growing company in Apple Creek is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and takes pride in accuracy, communication, and helping customers. This role supports internal teams and customers by handling quotes, orders, and product information—keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
Shift: Day shift, flexible start time between 7:30–8:00AM, Monday–Friday
Location: Apple Creek, OH
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and confirm customer orders
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with quotes, pricing, and tracking orders
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams
- Manage details and follow up to keep things moving
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, and general computer systems
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or an office setting is helpful
- Able to stay focused and work independently without micromanagement
