Marketing Coordinator, Programs

Purpose of Position
The Global Marketing Customer Education & Programs Team delivers best-in-class, industry-leading marketing programs and customer education. These initiatives build product awareness, solutions expertise, and brand loyalty through hands-on and virtual training.

The Marketing Coordinator, Programs will support key initiatives such as the Network of Preferred Installers (NPI) Program and additional programs as identified. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager, Marketing Programs & Customer Education, and the Program Manager, NPI Program, to support day-to-day operations, program execution, and cross-regional consistency.

Senior Manager, Marketing Programs and Customer Education


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily customer service support to sales teams and program members.

  • Assist in the development and execution of annual program marketing plans.

  • Promote training opportunities and manage training records in Salesforce for visibility and tracking.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key program members and internal stakeholders.

  • Support NPI Program operations, including training records, point of sale, warranty, and Design/Win processing.

  • Manage membership requests via the NPI inbox in coordination with the Program Manager.

  • Develop efficient processes for handling program requests.

  • Support channel program and event initiatives as assigned.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products, solutions, applications, and value propositions.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related role (preferred).

  • Experience with software and cloud applications.
