Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities across multiple sites, ensuring timely updates on project progress.
  • Identify constraints or hurdles in collaboration with site teams.
  • Lead the scheduling and coordination of key project tasks and meetings, particularly during the early stages of project deployment at each site.
  • Attend project meetings or follow up with the site lead to understand the current status of the project at that site.
  • Track and report project status weekly, ensuring updates on progress, risks, and dependencies in coordination with the site lead.
  • Maintain and update project management software to reflect current timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate with site teams to gather updates, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate project health and performance to stakeholders.
  • Support documentation and knowledge sharing across teams to promote transparency and continuous improvement as the project progresses.
  • Coordinate key activities with site leads and arrange project meetings as implementation continues.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a multi-site or industrial setting.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills or Experience

  • Experience in the refining industry.
  • Familiarity with project management software, preferably with One Plan.
