We’re looking for a Project Manager to manage complex, highly customized projects supporting the energy sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate closely with engineers and customers, and the potential to grow into an Operations leadership role in the future.

- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment (electronics experience is a plus).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Hands-on, collaborative approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- ERP system experience and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred, but not required for candidates with significant relevant experience.
- Location: Santa Maria, CA — 100% onsite
- Salary: $80k–$110k DOE
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible start times available
