Position Purpose
The Franchise Account Manager fosters strong, long-term relationships with franchisees and licensees, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs. This role provides guidance on food sales strategies, implements initiatives to increase profitability, and ensures overall customer success.
Key Responsibilities

Drive profitability by increasing same-store food sales.

Canvas for new customers to expand and grow territory.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with franchisees/licensees and store personnel by providing ongoing support and guidance.

Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to promote food and technology products, persuading prospects and current customers to purchase.

Leverage data and technology solutions to identify opportunities, grow sales, and improve financial performance.

Prevent account attrition by monitoring store performance and providing proactive support.

Implement OLM Food Solutions programs, promotions, and new product introductions.

Ensure compliance with franchise/license contracts, standards, and specifications.

Deliver training sessions for franchisees/licensees and their staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, food safety, and OLM Food Solutions standards.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the Director of Operations and other management.

Analyze sales data and market trends to develop and execute growth strategies.

Participate in meetings, training sessions, and goal-setting activities related to products, processes, and performance.

Comply with all company policies, standards, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3–5 years of field operations or food industry experience preferred.

Franchise operations experience strongly preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies

Valid driver's license.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with databases, CRM platforms, and web-based presentation tools preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret data and identify opportunities.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions
