What You'll Do

Architect and implement scalable load balancing solutions that deliver reliable, efficient application access.

Configure and troubleshoot both Layer 4 and Layer 7 traffic management policies.

Install, integrate, and optimize Citrix NetScaler appliances and virtual instances within enterprise network environments.

Build and maintain high availability (HA) and failover solutions, including active-passive and load-sharing configurations.

Leverage NetScaler Content Switching to intelligently route and deliver applications.

Oversee SSL/TLS certificate management and authentication integration for secure connections.

Monitor performance using built-in and third-party tools, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity, configuration, and performance issues.

Analyze logs and events to safeguard system health and uptime.

Create clear documentation and training materials to mentor junior engineers and support operational teams.
What We're Looking For

Networking & Load Balancing Expertise: Strong background in TCP/IP, NAT, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and security policies.

Citrix NetScaler Mastery: Hands-on experience across CLI/NITRO API and GUI, with advanced skills in Content Switching and high availability configurations.

Secure System Management: Deep knowledge of SSL/TLS certificates and authentication integration.

Troubleshooting Strengths: Proven ability with tools like Wireshark and NetScalerConsole; adept at diagnosing performance issues and analyzing logs.
