Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects and site improvements
Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, HFC, and Operations to prioritize capital equipment needs
Support product integration and facility moves in preparation for new contracts
Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and resource plans
Conduct equipment pricing and vendor sourcing based on engineering and operational requirements
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for timely, cost-effective project delivery
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Prepare and present project updates, cost analyses, and performance reports to leadership
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to long-term strategic planning
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (required)
3 years of experience in project management within industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments
Strong understanding of capital project planning and execution
Experience with equipment specification, procurement, and vendor negotiation
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control
