Job Title: Information Management Analyst
(Also known as Membership Systems Analyst / Data & Membership Operations Analyst)

About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Information Management Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for our membership systems (HOME, SSR, Roster). In this role, you'll manage large-scale membership changes such as reorganizations, mergers, and new implementations while ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and process efficiency.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate major membership updates across HOME, SSR, and Roster in partnership with IT&S.

  • Oversee system enhancements, draft work orders, and manage testing for new features.

  • Maintain accurate membership data through audits and reporting.

  • Serve as the go-to resource for training staff on membership systems, forms, and processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless membership transitions and reporting.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2 years of experience as a Membership Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong background in data management and membership systems.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from start to finish.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support others.
