- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system.
- Provide updates on order status, lead times, and shipping details.
- Work closely with production, scheduling, and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
