A long-standing manufacturer and industry leader is seeking a Service Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a newly created role designed to streamline and oversee installation projects from start to finish—ensuring everything runs smoothly, costs stay on track, and communication flows effortlessly between teams.

What You’ll Do

Manage all aspects of installation projects for major accounts, from initial planning through completion.

Source and coordinate contractors for construction-related needs (e.g., concrete, electrical) and ensure competitive, cost-effective bids.

Track project progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders updated.

Build and maintain relationships with installers and contractors nationwide.

Serve as backup for the Parts Administrator by processing orders, verifying warranties, and coordinating shipments.
What We’re Looking For

Background in construction project coordination, administration, or related role.

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel.

Experience in manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or purchasing is a plus.
