Position Summary

The SBA Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager partners closely with sales to design and deliver personalized marketing initiatives that win new accounts, expand opportunities within existing accounts, and drive customer engagement. By leveraging deep customer insights and collaboration across teams, this role ensures that marketing strategies and materials align with seller needs and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • ABM Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and customize ABM strategies for large accounts across verticals.

    • Identify effective materials, channels, and messaging for targeted accounts.

    • Leverage templates to create tailored marketing collateral for account onboarding, compliance, capability updates, and more.

  • Content Development & Seller Enablement:

    • Create new collateral based on seller requests and emerging needs.

    • Educate the sales team on marketing initiatives and resources.

    • Ensure marketing materials are current, accurate, and accessible via digital sales tools.

  • Collaboration & Process Improvement:

    • Partner with sales to optimize engagement strategies within high-value accounts.

    • Coordinate with Vertical and Category Marketing to align messaging and priorities.

    • Establish processes and guidelines for marketing support of seller requests.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills.

  • Ability to think independently, use discretion, and evaluate financial trade-offs.

  • Proven track record of collaboration across sales, marketing operations, creative, and analytics teams.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas to market quickly.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience partnering closely with sales organizations to deliver marketing initiatives.
