Core Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional, company-wide, and business unit-specific process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct organizational and business process analysis in partnership with business unit owners and process owners.
  • Prepare value stream mapping for enterprise-wide and business segment-specific objectives by managing project planning activities for continuous improvement efforts.
  • Design and drive project plans with senior leaders to achieve identified improvements.
  • Create and compile performance tracking metrics and data tracking for business units, emphasizing critical success factors.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodology regularly to equip the organization with operational excellence tools and practices.
  • Lead high-impact process improvement projects by partnering with senior leaders to increase operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Validate and scope improvement projects, link client requirements to business process improvements, and organize effective teams to deliver results.
  • Ensure efforts produce expected financial results by partnering with business leaders to increase efficiencies and reduce waste.
  • Integrate and interpret data from diverse sources to solve complex problems.
  • Monitor and control changes made to improve processes to ensure long-term adoption.
  • Work closely with business partners as a trusted administrator to bring innovation and insight.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience driving Lean implementation.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Six Sigma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, process mapping, and project management.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills or Experience

  • Experience with global operations.
  • Experience with RPA/AI projects.
  • Experience with UiPath.
