Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative provides advanced support to internal staff and external clients in the Property & Casualty suite of products, including Workers' Compensation, ERISA Bonds, BOP, and EPLI. This position requires strong product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage client concerns professionally while ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced customer service and technical support to internal and external clients.

  • Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns related to Property & Casualty products.

  • Identify, research, and resolve user questions and problems; escalate unresolved issues to technical or professional personnel as needed.

  • Diffuse client concerns, notify management of critical issues, and ensure the best solutions are implemented.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls related to Property & Casualty products and Workers' Compensation Payment Services.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all communications.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Insurance Agency's portfolio, systems, and processes to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams to build and maintain positive professional relationships.

  • Utilize multiple software applications, including HRIS, Online Reporting System, and carrier/bureau websites, to support client needs.

  • Stay current on product offerings, regulatory changes, policy updates, and industry trends.

  • Contribute to process improvements by recommending and developing enhancements to procedures.

  • Participate in projects, training, and other assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or insurance-related experience.
