Schedule & Pay
- Hours: 7PM-7AM
- Schedule: 2/2/3 rotation
- Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety by using all necessary personal protective equipment and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Read and comprehend product-related documents, including product guidelines and quality alerts.
- Use hand tools to clean, trim, and assemble components, ensuring fit, form, and function.
- Maintain a seamless production cycle to prevent part buildup at your workstation.
- Guarantee the highest quality of finished products for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Train new hires and assist other departments as needed.
- Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives and support CI, 5S, and STW activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates are welcome!
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in plastics manufacturing or fabrication is a plus.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to operate various hand tools.
- Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. repetitively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment around heavy machinery.
- Ability to work in seasonal temperatures for up to 12 hours per day.
